NEED ADVICE about girlfriend, will she cheat on me?

I need advice, should i talk this through with my girlfriend?

Basically i'm going to keep this extremely short. Me and my girlfriend have been going out for around 4 months, however for 3 months before that we was seeing each other. The thing that worries me is that for the first month of seeing each other she was in a relationship, which she didnt even hesistate to cheat in to be with me, and then left him. At first i was so happy about this, the guy was a complete dick tbf, and i really do love this girl to pieces, thats the problem! some times i wish i didn't. Basically i dont know how to talk to her about this, or should i just trust she wont again? i also worry ALOT about the fact she told me she was a virgin, as was i , and when we first had sex it was obviously both are first time, however i just dont see how this could be true? we've only been together 4 months and the relationship she was in before was for around a year, why would she not have sex then, but now? i worry she is lying to me, shall i just ask her about it? and how do i go about doing so?.

We never really talk about her past relationship, she does bring it up occasionally and like i said when asked she said they never had sex, should i just say " how come you didn't have sex, but did with me?" - if she wasn't a virgin and she has been lying to me, i dont think id be able to stay in the relationship. If she had told me she had sex before i couldnt care less, but if she has lied to me about it its different.

When im with her i never even worry, not even the slightest, its just times like now, when shes at a party, drinking, even though its a party consisting of all girls and like 5 lads, who are all close friends so i know nothing will ever happen.
