what does this type of eye contact mean

I was at work ringing up customers at the register. The girl I like at work was done for the day and was going home. While I was rining up a customer she said bye it was loud enough to grab my attention as I looked up to say bye to her she was looking straight into my eyes for a good 3-4seconds as she was leaving the store and we both held eye contact until she had left the store.

Does this mean anything or am I reading to much into this.

I think she wants you to talk to her, or else she wouldn't have gazed into your eyes.
She's flirting with you, if you can't tell, go for it, if it wont interfere with your work.

Staring for that length of time. She has to be into you. Next time you see her get chatting or ask any of her friends at work if she is interested in you.
