How to get past the hurting?

The feelings inside me still sting after being unexpectedly dumped a few weeks ago. I am cried out, she is back with her ex. They have a child. We shared nearly 4 years. I am still numb. Her only excuse is that I did nothing wrong. It is not my fault, but I am the one that lost everything. How do I get through the hurt?

Time will heal it. Get out and talk and do things with friends. Weve all been there and we all get over it at some point.

First of all, there's a little book called, "How to Get Over the Loss of a Love." I'm not the author, so there's no self promotion here. You can get it on line or at a book store. Buy it, Read it, Do it!
Then, I would hope you give a lot of thought about the character of your ex. Write it down. What will you discover? Perhaps, you selected someone who is untrustworthy.....well, not perhaps, you DID.
Then move on!!!!! Look at the reasons YOU chose an untrustworthy woman for a long term relationship. This will be an interesting investigation for you. And I hope you don't blow off these suggestions. People who don't work on themselves find the same flavor of relationships over and over, expecting a different outcome......and that's the definition of insanity. Ann

It will past by. We all know that is hard to move on.
Try to be busy with friends, hung out with them. It make your feel lighter.
