So now she's ignoring me, what should I do?

I'll make this short.

We met and we went out a couple of times and I totally got the vibe that she liked me but I was too scared to do anything about. Even worse I pushed her away when I could tell she was into me.
We went out clubbing and I may have drank a little too much which made her upset at me. I did regrettable things because I was scared of my attraction to her. A week later I apologized to her and she said we were cool.

I've tried to ask her out again to make it up to her but she's been genuinely busy. She has always responded to my texts up until yesterday she ignored it.

Forget it or actually call her?

That is a good question, I've been trying to figure that out myself...

I think I have serious fear of getting rejected/hurt.

BINGO! And that's the attitude you have to have with rejection as well. Once intrest comes into the picture between a man and a woman the risk of rejection is already in play. It can't be put back in the box. If you risk rejection , you MAY get rejected. If you don't risk rejection you WILL get rejected. The latter might be a little less intense because it is not face to face, but it lasts a lot longer, and damages your belief that you go after what you want.
