These dreams are getting annoying now.

So whenever I have a deep sleep, usually after a long day there seems to be a reoccurring theme to my dreams.

My ex.


In these dreams.... She would come back to me. We kiss, we sleep together and start acting like a close couple like we used to be.

It feels amazing. Only I wake up and only slightly dissapointed lol


And these dreams are incredibly real. And getting more and more common. It's been 4 months since breaking up, I'm just beginning to get over her, so why am I dreaming of her?

I know this isn't a dream forum but maybe someone could say why.

It is just getting annoying to dream about her more often and i dont know why!

4 months isn't a long time. Those dreams are part of your healing process. You are finally coming to terms with your break up. Have you gone no contact? What are you doing to keep yourself distracted and active?

its normal. your withdrawing from her and thats your mind trying to cling to the memory. you miss her and it will take time to heal properly. just stay busy and heal in a healthy way. focus on work or study, family, friends, join a sport or new hobby etc
