So idk if any of you knows the story, prolly not but my ex girlfriend yesterday came back talking to me, she said that she missed me and still loved me, and i asked why she was there, she didnt wanna reaveal who she was but i got her then, i asked why she was there and she said that the other day i crossed her mind and she couldnt stop thinking about me, i was kinda cold but i answer normally
She said she broke up with her ex-bf and that she never loved him or had sex with him, i dont believe it but ok...
The problem is that love makes us weak, and i should of know better by now, but i fell for the same mistake... today i left her a msg saying i missed her and ill always be here for her & told her shes special...
She said that i could of have told her that yday so she would go sleep happier than the usual, she graduates today
The problem is that she's going to college, and i live in europe and she in america, she already said its not gonna work out...
Im really afraid i lost all these 24 days where i made a really good progress on forgetting her/living without her, i feel like im right back where i started and this is so frustrating, i cant stop thinking about her, i literally cant...
Any advice?

just keep doing what you have been doing and youll be okay. setbacks are normal-you could eaily have a crappy day even if you didnt hear from her. grief is hard-thats just the way it is but in time she will be a distant memory. stay busy and focus on moving forward without her.
also dont allow her to guilt trip you or manipulate you. its your fault she didnt sleep well?? let her f**k off. thats her kwn problem

You both know its not going to work out plus you want to move on. Forget about the no contact rule. Dont waste your time and energy on it anymore.
