we were friends for 4 years and couple just 3 weeks, a few months ago. I have been lying a lot so he lost hist trust besides we live in another countries and its hard to keep on distance so he broke up. but when i ask him to cut off our contact completly, or when i asked him directly whether he still wants to be with me he doesnt reply nothing. how can i speak with him?

As you asked to cut off contact completely, you don't need to speak to him. Just stop being in contact.
Never regret anything that has happened in your life. It cannot be changed, forgotten or undone. So, take it as a lesson learned and move on.
