i dropped my girl off today at her house.. she puckered he rlips to kiss and i hardly made contact and she pulled away. i guess she dont love me? i said "wow, nice" and she made a smile at me. she said i love you when she left my car so maybe she was just fooling around?

It's a big (and foolish) leap to think that she doesn't love you anymore because she was fooling around with a kiss. Have you got any other reasons to suspect she doesn't love you?
Never regret anything that has happened in your life. It cannot be changed, forgotten or undone. So, take it as a lesson learned and move on.
