So, I lost over a hundred pounds using Tom Venuto's book. I'm skinny fat now, lots o' loose skin, and I just started clean bulking - strong lifts 5 x 5.

SO , on a scale of Derek Jeter to Rush Limbaugh, how doable am I ?

Not a lady but good job on getting off 100 lbs. You need to tone up the pecs area and abdomen now. More work ahead of ya , dude. I'll let the ladies weigh( lmao) in now.

I doubt you can shed the loose skin without surgery. You should see a specialist and find out what your options are. There are natural procedures such as a body toning wrap. You can buy them online at forever living products and do them yourself at home. Tips on how to do it on youtube. If you went to a beauticians to get it done it would prob cost 100each time but you can get the whole kit for 100 and do 7 procedures.

I still doubt you would see magical results though even doing that and exercise. You prob do need surgery. Look into all your options.
