Start with this she started seeing a guy write after our break up. Now she is telling she regrets everything and that if she should have thoughts things better with more personality and be more cautious. She will not be regretting it now . She says that she let her self go with him because she thought we did not have a chance anymore.

However, she says that she is so hurt for hurting me. What should I do? Or how to approach it. I really dont even know what to say

Find a woman who won't hurt u.. Love shouldn't hurt. She's probably bored with the other guy and you are her backup. I could be wrong who really knows. She may not even know what she wants. But if u broke up before, how have things changed so that it will work a second time? Just sounds like more heartache
