Got a friend who is originally from Sydney, does army reserve in ACT. Left for a course end of Sept. 24th or 25th, supposed to be on said course til early week of Nov, possibility end of Oct. Saw raging bush fires in NSW and ACT and other areas, some caused by military training. Want to know if anyone from Au could locate info on where that reservist course is training, is it NSW, singleton, Puckapunyal ( which had fires off live firing in Dec 2012) or some place else in Au. Haven't heard off friend, don't know if course is on or they sent training reservist on IET training to fight NSW and other area fires. Not in Au, need Australian help, thanks to whoever has info on where that army reserves from ACT end of Sept to Nov IET training is. Tried to get on an army forum but they won't accept members outside of Au, so couldn't get info. Placing this various sites.

Have no idea where he would be training, but if you're concerned about his safety, I can tell you that we've only had one fatality and he was civilian.
The fire caused by the army was in Lithgow, west Sydney

Thank you. Still no text, phone or mails back to any of us, and plenty sent out. Think his course ended if two 16 days back to back, would be done this weekend. At least not a bush fire fighting fatality, sorry for the one who did lose their life though.
