Is there a way to block certain users from viewing and commenting on my posts?

From what I know about forums, you can only block someone so YOU cannot see THEIR posts, they can still always see yours, unless they block you or the webmaster ip bans that poster off the forum. Best scenario is to send a PM to the forums webmaster/admin with the names of posters and let them deal with it for you if the reasons are justified. Hope that helps.

Try going to 'Settings' on the top right side, and then 'Edit Ignore List' link.
