Heart Vs. Mind

I am in a place where my head is saying: don't go back, he will never change, he has said it all before, your only going to get hurt again, and my heart is saying: go home, your lil family will be together again, he loves you, he can change, trust him one more time.

It's a painful place to be! What do you listen to? I keep thinking I need a place between my head and my heart but there is no middle ground this time.

Not knowing the full situation, but it sounds as if you are in an abusive or unhealthy relationship. It sucks and it may hurt a TON, but it sounds like for your own well being and mental stability, you need to cut ties once and for all.

Again just MY opinion with knowing very few facts - but again it is unhealthy regardless.

I feel your pain. But you have to listen to your mind. You're right when you say he won't change . . and you WILL get hurt again. The heart is a sentimental yet unrealistic thing.
