This x1000. So many people make the mistake of being excessively technical and going on and on about their qualifications when it comes to interviews and they end up losing because they forget to make the interviewer like them more than the other interviewees.

Im planning to be really honest and talk about my passion for my career and why it means a lot to me.. and that I know I have a LOT to learn which is why I applied for a trainee position but I am hungry for it, I have a fast mind, learn really fast and enjoy hard work.

I dont want to go on about my experience or qualifications too much coz I know I dont have enough experience on paper for this job but what I do have is the right attitude, the right qualities and personality and I believe in myself that I am perfect for this job

I did a tarot reading today. Made me feel awesome. It said I am basically perfect lol (joke) but it did say I am more yhan capable of getting this job and I need to believe in myself now. Fight for it. Tell them why I am so great

Thats great Michelle sounds like a good plan to show that you are interested. Also compliment the work and company you going for. So they can see why you are so interested. Maybe they hate their work so it would be nice to hear some good things about it especialy if its true.

Just go in confident like you already working there.

Im not religious. I only started reading them a few months back. I dont take them that seriously but I find them comforting right now when I feel lost at times.

Michelle, it sounds like your application strategy is flawed. I do a lot of hiring within my organization there are many things that can turn me off of a candidate in an interview to the point I'll decline them on the spot or over the phone later. 600 applications and only a handful of interviews means there is something wrong with your resume/CL. Do you mind emailing me your application package and allowing me to give professional input? I think you may need it.

I think the problem might be that I applied to jobs a bit out of my league. Like I know I am well able but dont have the right experience like proper people management.

I know I need training and I dont think a lot of companies are willing to give that
