Some women are embarrassed verbalizing what they want. Your the one that spends time with her so you have to look for clues to getting her comfortable to open up. It's not your fault. I have been there. Keep trying. Also try not to focus too much on the orgasm itself, she might be feeling pressure. Let her know you want to make her feel good. Sometimes we just have to adjust what we are doing so they can let loose.
