    Update: remarkable progress (I went from a 5 to a 8)

Well, I've made some rectifications to my lifestyle. Specifically, I have eaten well, slept better, and exercised regularly.

It's amazing the difference lifestyle choices make to your looks. It was actually quite fun going through the changes and observing your progress.

TBH I did play up the "before" photo a bit to exaggerate the transformation, but check this out!

    I think I've gone from a "5" to a solid 8.

    Taken this morning:

And so you can see it's not just a good photo:

you have to give me some credit. I do look heaps better, especially in terms of skin complexion and overall health of my appearance.

Before I was sickly looking (played up a bit but nevertheless....)

I'm easily a "8" now in real world terms.

They see indoctrination and they call it "morality", "professionalism", or "maturity" depending on the context.

none of the photos look different but one thing - for the door way, might want to go with something other than yellow. Yellow is just a hard color to make work for anything.

Other than a shave and a haircut you don't look much different. But if you're feeling better about yourself, that's what matters

You look the same… specifically, you still look sad and miserable.

I don't really see the difference. Maybe you just looked a bit more tired in that old pic. You still look sad and miserable, it's still unattractive.

Diego you definitely look far less hungover in the recent shots.

But you want to be anything close to an 8, you'll need a smile. Instead of a selfie, show us a photo of you having fun with your mates.
