Good openers to use on women?

Im not sure how to approach honeys. Like what do I say? I'm speaking more specifically in clubs/bars/social environments.

Don't be too straightforward, but compliment them. Just find something to compliment them on, like their dancing or smile or something. Then have normal conversations, and possibly dance with them!

Do you believe in love at first sight or should I walk by again?

Absolutely don't buy women drinks, and absolutely do not compliment her in the early stages.

She's just a woman, a person with a mess load of flaws who looks crappy getting out of bed in the morning just like everyone else. Don't put her on a pedestal. That's the worst thing you can do. She's not special.

I'm sarcastic, so I zing women. If she asks how I'm doing, I might say, "Awful. My hamster just died and my warts came back." Or if you get the, "I'm a model," line from her, a good reply is, "Oh cool. So how's the waitressing going?"

Basically, I just want to see if she is intelligent and has a sense of humor. A lot of women can't handle when a guy throws their cliche answers/tests/nonsense back in their face, so by being funny, well spoken, and quick on your feet, you eliminate the boring/dumb/bitchy girls.

I would say that you are already off to a bad start by referring to them as "honeys." ;-) Can't help but make me think of the old sitcom, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. LOL!

Anyways, I can't exactly say I am the best to give advice in this situation, since I am extremely shy. But, the others do give good advice here. Just talk to her like you would any other person. Don't try to use lame lines, or even anything that could be mistaken as a line. That will be an instant turn off to most women.

There are several ways to approach people.
On a serious note - kind of look into different techniques and see what you can pull off with confidence.
If it's sarcasm, humor, romantic, whatever, figure out how to make it work in your favor.

But have some kind of follow-up in mind instead of just saying "Hey". Maybe have a couple plans in case the first one seems to hit a dead end. If you hit more than a couple dead ends, move on.

Just don't get into crap like politics or religion. Well unless it is the right time and place like church or a congressional meeting, then maybe. But People at the club having a good time probably do not want to hear that thanks to Obama Care, you were able to get your syphilis taken care of.

.... LOL! Did you not see where I said I love cheesey lame pick-up lines? That is sort of the point. They are supposed to be extremely stupid. I'm not actually suggesting anybody use them. That would be a big mistake.
