relationship trouble

I am 18 now and in my final year of school before university. I have been dating this girl for about 4 months now, but I no longer feel that I want to be in the relationship any more l, even though she is very much into it. The problem is that since going out, our two friendship groups have integrated together, so much so that we have a holiday planned for us all after exams.
I am now worried that if I broke up with her it would cause major problems for the friendship group and for later plans.
So what would be some good advice on what to do?
