My ex girlfriend is doing everything she can to piss me off. Does she want me back?

We dated for a year or so and we were head over heels for each other. I was the best boyfriend she's ever had, (she's always been in terrible relationships) I gave her anything she ever wanted but towards the end she wasn't being affectionate and that was bothering me. She told me that she wanted to try to go out and flirt with other people. So we broke up, we talked a little bit here and there and she invited me over to cuddle and talk, everything was good until she asked some other dude to prom. The guy is just a friend so I wasn't mad but that pissed me off that she did that to me so I decided to go to prom with her friend and she told me that it made her mad that I was going, (she thought I was gonna track her every move) but I told her straight up that I just wanted to go to prom. And a couple of my friends told me that she's actually mad because I'm going with her friend and that the thought of me not being a back up makes her upset. She would talk shit about me too like whenever I would go to a party she would be like 'why is he even here' and then every time I would flirt with a girl she would wait until I was watching for her to flirt with another guy. At prom every time I was dancing with my date she would try to dance with hers right in front of me, she was doing that the whole night and I was just laughing and smiling. At the after party me and her talked a little and like reconnected (we were drunk) and then later on her date came up to me and told me that everything she did at prom was just to piss me off. He said that she literary kept dragging him on the dance floor and she kept trying to get close to me. He told me that my name comes out of her mouth so often too that it was ridiculous. I don't know what to do. I know she's probably waiting on me to text her and I haven't talked to her by phone in a month but I see her constantly in school. I never talk to her. Our anniversary is coming up and I was thinking about giving her a choice of either working on things or me being out of her like completely. Or should I just wait for her to text me instead?
