How to ask her out? and she defiantly fancys me do you think?

Ok so I think that this girl likes me. All my friends are telling me she is giving me signs and even my mother told me she was giving me signs and not really hiding it either. well she recently been doing the “playful hit thing” with the back of her hand on my arm and then said how it hurt her. Then again she starts touching my arm and squeezing my muscles and comments how its like stone.
She then pokes some of my friends muscles and then mine again and comments how mine is more solid then theirs :3 and was basically comparing me to them. She also walked around the shop holding my arm one time and then hand fed me jelly beans which was weird. She also asked me to prom as friends.
So theres that. And also yesterday she had a performance. So I go to see it. so before she goes she asks me if I can look after her bag. So I hold on to it for her. Then her best friend comes over and asks if I can hold her bag so I’m like fair enough. So her friend has gone off and about a minute or so later she comes running back, goes through her bag and gets a dance shirt out. She then yanks both her and her friends bags off me and slams them on the table in front of her dad. She then starts to take off her top. I look away and her dad asks her what she’s doing and she says its ok I got a top underneath. Then she goes once its on. After the show I was asking mum about it and stuff and mum tells me she defiantly likes me. I ask what makes you think that. And she said well you had her bag she went off nice and happy. As soon as she saw I had the other girls bag she stormed over and took it off me and slammed it on the table and had the face of murder my mum said. And according to mum the shirt she had underneath covered what needed to be covered but didn’t leave a lot to the imagination and apparently she kept looking to see if I was looking then started to look frustrated when I wasn’t. and then in the performance her attention was on me. Must admit she did just keep staring at me.
And when the performance was happening mum was talking to her dad. According to her dad she’s always talking about me and told him as soon as she got home that she went up in my room and held my snake… (by the way I have 3 snakes but mum said that her dad said it sounded wrong) and then he basically said that he was very happy to finally meet me and I seem like a good young man and that he finds it funny how its me and then everyone else (since I was very young people, mainly girls, all can around me. Mum says its something about my personality that attracts people to come and be friends with me)
So yeah my mates tell me she wants the D but when I ask if they are joking or being serious they say they defiantly think she fancies me, my female friends say we would be really cute together and tell me she’s trying to flirt with me and even my mum says the same.
I asked the girls why suddenly now then they said that she was really happy with the painting I did for her B day (her and her cat) and that I did something (which I am very ashamed off) but they said it was scary but at the same time they saw I’m not just the happy, jolly awkward BFF but can well basically protect them. There was this guy who thought of himself as god’s gift to women. And when he tried to get the girl I’m talking about to go with him and she said no he grabbed her arm. I am known for most of the time being very very patient, level headed and the one to always get everyone to calm down. I have only snapped 2 times before and that was just shouting at the person, which was enough to scare the head teacher as I can be very aggressive if I lose it (prob because it takes a lot to make me lose it) and basically I was only putting up with him as one of our friends (who also finds him creepy) invited him along with us as and I spent the whole time getting the other guys to calm down and not kill him. But he grabbed her I lost it and basically smashed his face in.
Mum was saying she might of realised I could be more of a man or something? As up till sept last year I was quite fat and seen as the fat best guy friend. Then I lost a lot of weight and toned up and worked out and mum saying she might simply see me in errm a different light so to say…
So I’m going to ask her out but not sure how to :/ what do people think?
I can be very very awkward as I am mildly autistic (its only noticeable in certain situations as I have learnt to deal with it) so any tips and general thoughts on the situation will be appreciated.
