    Learning a different language

So I'm in the process of learning French and was wondering if anyone knew of any free social media sites or networks where people who want to do a learn/teach exchange like via Skype or something can be found.

    Anyone?

i haven't but my sister used two she tried both because they both were free, i'll have to look em up for ya. anyhow she used both to see which one worked the best and then dropped the other one.

    duolingo and livemocha.

check out both and sign up for both, since free and figure which works better for your needs.

I had checked Out duolingo but it seems to be mainly writing. I was looking for conversational like with real people. Had anyone heard of such a thing?

You could go on an international pen pal site or something and look for someone from France since you want to learn French.

Tell them what you wanted help with and maybe live chat with them, looking for someone who's definitely bi lingual.

You could Skype with them for tutoring help and that would be free and you'd gain a friend too.

It's not what you have, it's what you do with what you have that matters.

I thought of that, but wanted to know if a network already existed.

    Thanks.
