fallen for somebody I can never be with . feeling depressed

Right this is a tricky one, I have absolutely fallen for the sweetest, kindest girl in the world, and the only problem is she is already dating someone, with a long distance relationship. What do I do, I have never felt this way about someone before and I can’t literally get her out of my mind.

She is my physiotherapist for a back injury I picked up while playing tennis, we get on like a house on fire chatting throughout the appointment and for a good period after. We have also began to socialise together and can talk into the wee small hours about the silliest of things with a little flirting, she has moved just from being a physio to a friend and I have absolutely fallen for her, hook line and sinker, I know I can’t take things further, but I am getting so frustrated that I know I can’t get her out my mind and that I can’t take things further. Help! I am literally tearing my hair out.

You need to break up with the idea of her which means all this has to end. Cut her off, go no contact and act like it is a break up or separation and in time you will get over her

If you cannot be with her and you know that then stop wasting your time
