How'd we get into banana's? OV stop changing the topic.
I'm AB+ which is a little more rare. The only blood thats ever been taken from me was by my doctor. lol.
Heres a site with information on Blood Types: http://www.bloodbook.com/type-facts.html

I just gave blood about 2-3 weeks ago. And when they found out I was 0+ they wanted to take platelets from me etc. By the whole process would have taken over an hour and I donated before work, so I didn't have time.
I gave bluud and I feel guud!
I didn't even come close to passin' out this time.
The worst part is when they prick your finger, hurts every time.
I forgot to grab a "be nice I gave blood" sticker...
EDIT: Dude there was a lot of people donating today, they were backed up, the only reason why I got to donate was cause I had set an appointment at 12...I gave blood at 1:45.
Frisbee..how did you beat the passing out issue? I ask becase I also pass out when needles penetrate my skin. I've passed out like twice and gotten dizzy a couple of other times. It seems like I have to lay down to stay conscious when I've got needles poking around in me.
I thought it was type O- that was the rare blood that was the universal donor so it's quite precious...but they could only receive O- blood..so they try to keep a log of people who are O- for in case they need some of this special blood to save a life. Then there's the O+ which are the Universal receivers, I think, so they can accept all kinds of blood.
I think I'm type B-.
Frisbee is gone for awhile ;[
Wah!! Don't remind me.
::sniff, sniff::
but he'll be back.
'course he will, we're too awesome to just leave forever!
