falling for a guy at work

I need advice. ..I starting talking with a guy I have worked with. He asked me out...I usually don't. ..but we had sex. I have been having health issues that effect my physical appearance. He told me it was no big deal. I ended up frustrated over my gissues one day and told him I didn't think we needed to date. He checked in on me and messaged for awhile then asked if we could hang out and have sex once in awhile. He messages about 4 days out of every week and we have met for sex twice. I'm very confused...he messages me asking about my day, kisses me hello and goodbye, serves me drinks while I'm over...but seems distant at times. We agreed when we first started talking not to mention anything at work...we didnt want gossip to interfer...and havent said anything. I like him for more than sex. Does he like me...should I say something. ..break it off?
