one sided love.. please advise

I m in a serious problem.
I m madly in true love wid a girl and
we are good friends from last two yrs. i
m from bihar n she is a brahmin
maharashtrian girl.. she is very cute
n i m also not bad looking guy.. i
have feelings for her from 5-6
months n we r in final year of engg.
n we r in last days of our college
life.. I hv hardly 6-7 occasions to
meet her from now in upcoming two
months..
Now d problem is that 4 -5 days ago
somehow i managed to tell her my
feelings.. At dat time she told me to
concentrate on my exam... now exam
is over n she made it very clear to
me that she has no such feelings for
me.. Bt i still love her very much.
Can i make this one sided love into
two sided??. Are there any chances
of her in future to have same
feelings for me.. Should i still love
her or stop thinking abt her? How
should i react when we meet again
bcoz i cant avoid her in my friends
circle n i hv told her we ll be friends
as before.. Please suggest me d right
path.

its our last days of college and i want her badly. she is a conservative type of girl thinking abt her family and social stature.. as she is from an upper caste maharashtrian girl.. her parents would never approve a guy from other caste and other state. she might be thinking about this.. but i m not fully sure. when i ask her she only says that she has no feelings for me.
