Initiating contact and what it means

A few months ago I went on a road trip with some friends. At our destination I met this girl who is friend of a friend. All of us were hanging out but it got kind of late and everyone went to bed except me and her. We were both a little drunk and ended up fooling around a bit. The next day we said our goodbyes and returned to our homes, which is many hours away from each other. She added me on fb, but we never kept in touch. It's been months since then and she recently started texting me. She's not flirting, just making small talk. I know a mutual friend is currently visiting her hometown, so maybe that's why she thought of texting me? Is she possibly interested?

Dunno. But even if she is interested, do you want a relationship with someone who lives so far away? Unless you're prepared to move, it sounds like a waste of time.
