    Posting Tendencies

I had to start a thread on this. I just need some kind of explanation...

...Whenever I log on and visit the 'general discussion' forum, I can't help notice how the 'last post' column is full of 'repeat posters'.

For example, I would see something like this on the column:

    lilwing
    lilwing
    lilwing
    illusional
    illusional
    lilwing
    illusional
    illusional
    illusional
    illusional
    illusional
    latevamp
    latevamp
    latevamp
    RSK
    latevamp
    latevamp
    latevamp
    illusional
    illusional
    illusional

I guess the only way to explain this phenomena would be the varying degrees of 'Posting Tendencies' that exist for the various members of LF.

    How would you explain this?

Well genius, someone comes in, reads all the post from the last 5 hours, replies to many of them. Thats when you get a run. Of course there's people like me who are on here constantly and they get stuck in the middle with their 1 post. No rocket science here

See, when I use or see typical sarcasm, It's funny as opposed to stupid. So yea, that threw me off.

Well to avoid any mistakes with my name then people can just call me "the smartest, coolest, guy around"..just like that.
    "Why are you an atheist?"
"because I paid attention in science class."

    Don't forget modest, OV.

BTW, your sig quote. You learn to think by DOING science/math, not reading about it.
The scientific method is definitely a philosophy.

hey ,after about 4 hours of not being logged on , im back to post on the newest threads that have been answered and then since theres nothing new to read ill leave for a while and ill most probably be back next morning . if ppl would post more often , i would too . but its usually the regulars around here that post , not the newbs that have been around for a week (they just read and stay in the background).

at least with RSK , you cant really get bored . always new threads , your like the blockbuster of threads , a new release every 3 hours .

Yea, and after "doing" science/math...you know "what" to think.

i just click on "search for new posts" then i get all the latest info. i don't bother going into each section to see what is new, i just bring it up altogether at once.

yea, it's so much easier like that...unless of course a person wants to reply to something that is old news.
