Methods I might suggest:

- Call out to her by name
- Tap her on the shoulder
- Yell "SEX!!!! Now that I have your attention...."
- Run around the room screaming random gibberish until she looks your way
- Make random loud noises like "YIP!" or "BAM!"



Okay, but being serious now.... you'd have to sort of clarify what you are asking. I will say this, endeavoring to get somebody's attention by making them jealous is NOT a good idea. For a multitude of reasons, really. If the woman you speak of is single (or is as far as you know) just talk to her. Sounds so simple, I know, but the best way to get somebody's attention is just to talk to them in a friendly manner like they are any other human being. No need to do anything to "get her attention." Just talk to her, and if you two seem to hit it off, ask her out.
