anyone else love this train wreck of a show or is it just me? Being a Chef and having a BA in Food and Beverage Management... I would LOVE to get my hands on the books for this restaurant and try and figure out WHERE IN THE HELL THE MONEY IS GOING!

hey, i watched it. is it really true or just a drama??? if i was the chef/manager, i wouldn't want to show how i run the restaurant, especially when it's losing $. i somehow think it's not a real reality show
