Do you ever look/stare at the same girl everyday despite not finding her particularly attractive? Could it be you stare because she looks familiar? Or maybe her face is really unusual? What are some other reasons a guy persistently looks and stares at me everytime I walk by?

Well hes for sure is interested. Then again might be not the talkative type. I worked in many factories and stared at girls a lot cause theres just nothing better to look at. Then again I didnt talk much with them or didnt even said hi.
I think if he looks at you then your looks are catching.Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will
