3-4 years since last time I had sex

I haven't dated or had sex for 3-4 years because of a serious depression. I'm getting better and have wanted to start dating again. One thing I'm a bit anxious about is the first time I have sex again. Should I say beforehand that it's been a long time since last time in case I get any problems getting it up or something? Or better not to say anything?

I'm a male and date females if it matters.

Maybe, I think I might stress a bit about how I am going to perform if I don't and that again will make it a self fulfilling prophecy. Just worried that she might feel its a turnoff if I do say it so I'm conflicted about what to do.
