ok, i think i got my plan all worked out, just one last problem i just though of, im having a friend going and i dont have to worry about him if i wanna be alone with the girl i like, but wat about her 2 friends that are going, how do i get away from them to be alone with the girl i like?

If she wants to be alone with you, they'll scram. Otherwise, be as nice and friendly as possible to them without crossing the line into flirting. Getting a girl's friends on your side is never a bad idea.

ok, so only a few days till the con, but idk how the hell im gonna get her away from her friend, they are like inseperable and its kinda pissin me off, also she kinda follows her friend mallory everywhere, like she goes, you wanan go here?

and her friends cuzin is giong there too. I am entering a contest saterday night and i just found out i can get backstage passes and was like, ill invite her and get her away frome them for a while, but she wanted to know if i could get all of them backstage passes, and then i said, nm, cuz they cant laugh loud or cheer us on in the contest.
now her friends cuzin is actually a friend of mine from my school here as well, so should i tell him i like her, thing is, im not really good friends with this guy, just friends so i really dont know if he would keep this secret, man, im so worried now ;_:

It shouldn't be a secret, so don't tell him. Dude, you have to let her control the getting away from the friends thing. You could invite her to go on a little walk, and if she brings Mallory, you just have to face that she wants a chaperone.

Either that, or bring a friend for her.
