Does he volunteer himself to do all the nasty jobs in your stead, but otherwise takes turns with coworkers?
Doesn't matter, some guys will acutally do all that for a cheap screw.

I don't know about other people but personally that is not being flirty, that is straight up sexual harrassment.

Man, you girls seriously have no care and shame for a dudes past partners? damn, all ditzy about it. All I heard was "he ****s other chicks back and forth but I dont care! he is a nice guy" ...that is so freaking wierd to me!

Did you get that? Or did I lose you at "with his dick"?

One of the most "chivalrous" things I probably did for Amy was when she was the team lead in Pensacola, we had this supervisor who was so sexist, but in a way he probably didn't realize it. He was trying to be chivalrous by constantly giving us easy, menial tasks because we had so many girls on the team. Shit he even said it too "I figured with so many young ladies on your team, I'd have you guys paint a house." The work bothered me, but not in the same way it bothered my female compatriots, and Ames especially.

She told me she had given up on talking to him most because she was so pissed off at him, so I stepped up and took the man aside.

He tried, once to get us something more challenging, but that lasted about a day and we right back where we started. The next day "Hey, can I get you two strong guys to help me with the roof?", I looked over at Ames and watched her just walk away disgust and frustration. "Uh, no Tony, I'm gonna stick down here with the rest of my team, ask Kenda though, she's worked on roofs before."

I know my situation(s) differ from most people's. But just puttin' it out there, that there's other less obvious ways to be "chivalrous" than lifting a heavy box.
