    Keep It Simple Stupid

    And just make sure that when the check comes, you grab it. You won't need to do this all the time, but since this is your first real dinner date, it's expected.

    Should I ask her out to dinner while we're at the park near the end of the day or should I before the trip?
    Some friend of mine had this neat idea, where I ask her near the top of a ride before a drop..haha.

    Already got a reservation at this nice Italian restaurant...

    I can imagine it might be difficult to converse with someone on a ride. She might not have enough time to respond. lol

    Good idea...but when you do ask her out for dinner. Be sure to use the word "date" to eliminate any confusion about your intentions of asking her.
