I am not aware of any matter, or any succesful experiment that managed to achieve the results of an absolute zero temperature.

In any case, there is nothing on this Earth that I will ever encounter that will be that temperature (or lack of temperature).

As a result:

Pump anything with enough volts and it will conduct electricity.

Well thank god lol, theres quite a few theories that it would really suck if we ever managed to get anything to absolute 0.
