Yeah the databases really are a good way to do research. I found some Idiomatic Russian books for out-of-school research using the databases.

Oh yes, I've copy/pasted sections of essays in google b/c they sounded a bit to good to be coming from certain students. Its true.

And instructors now copy sections of exams & essays, so a student cannot change the answer once they get the exam back & claim it was a marking error. All sorts of things. Just not worth it.

Besides, its an interesting topic. I always thought the best topics to write about were the ones where you'd actually learn something and not be bored out of your skull.
