TBH, I didn't really understand your last post. But if your Visa end date is that close to your new job starting, you might want to get that sorted. Start now, these things are taking forever these days.

Hah, yeah, I just reread it and it wasn't exactly lucid. Just me complaining about how my parents are making the idea of me going to New Mexico sound like some sort of unforgivable crime.

Luckily I don't have anything to sort out with the Visa. I'm in Germany until July 1st, which is when my working visa in Germany ends and I need to leave the country. The job in New Mexico doesn't require any sort of ... anything. I just need to show up, basically.
