i have pursued some girls and sometimes you know, you get rejected and other times someone else comes along and then you start to like that other person and then the girl that you are telling that you love her finds out that you like someone else and i was wondering how do you girls feel on the inside when someone who likes you and tells you they love you and then they just give up on you and go for someone else?

Well, how would YOU feel? I'd feel lied to! I'd feel that everything that's been was a total fake. And frankly if that happens to you often, and you "give up" on a girl you say you "love" to persue another, then you have serious issues...you should wear a warning sign on your neck "heartbreak waiting to happen"!

Your word is worth nothing if your actions don't follow suit.
Anyone, male or female, would feel hurt, betrayed, confused, disappointed, and many other things if their significant other who "loves" them decided there was a nicer piece of ass that they'd rather put their efforts (and unmentionables) into.
My two cents: stop telling people you love them when you don't mean it.
