I was thinking of using the following line to ask this girl I know out for Homecoming:
"I was thinking about the Homecoming Dance this week and thinking about it made me think of you.
I was just wondering, would you like to go with me?"

Thanks very much. That was just the encouragement I needed. I'm asking her out tomorrow. One other thing, though. Since we're probably going to be dancing the whole night, holding each other, do you think kissing her at the end would be alright? She seems to really like me, but I don't know if that would be going too far. I just don't want to scare her off assuming she does go out with me. Your opinions on this, please. Thanks

good luck.....now one to the kiss thing. are you going to drive her home at the end of the night? maybe it would be better to give her a goodnight kiss instead. just use your best judgement

I wish I could drive her home, but I have no car. I'm only 15 and can't even get a license yet. So I can only kiss her at the dance before we get picked up at the end of the night.

I like the line, but it may be a little early to kiss her. This is like your first date with her right? I might just stick with the hug at the end, but just depends on how the night goes up to that point. Good luck and let us know how it turned out.
