Living together, especially if you don't have 100% confidence in both parties, has a nasty tendency to dismantle relationships.
Looks good on paper, but its MUCH harder to live together than you would think. At least for the first extent of time.

anyway back to your predicament - tis a bugger having to share with other people, maybe u should put a clause in their contracts - everyone naked on fridays?? lmao In fact i just had a brilliant idea - when ur interviewing for housemates - they have to be naked!! i know, i know - genius aint i!!!

i would actually be moving in with roomates (either strangers or friends) and that was an issue for her. We spoke last night and she is WAY more understanding compared to when i first dropped the bomb on her
she said that she will "try" and do her best.

I also smell trouble. Even if you generously describe her as being in a different stage of her life than you are, she is trying to force you into something you're not ready for. That tells me she's still in the toddler stage, emotionally.
