confused about what to do

So there is this girl that I really like at the moment and I am pretty sure that she likes me as well. I have been meaning to ask her out but there is a bit of an issue. She is a bit of a commitment-phobe and she is going to be going to Europe for 2 months at the end of June. So I was just wondering whether I should still ask her out now? Because I am worried that if I ask her out now and let her know I'm interested that it might only last until she leaves. But on the other hand, if I don't ask her now, then I am worried that I will have missed my chance because I will have to wait nearly 3 months otherwise.
