Mind, if they are smart and can do math, it doesn't really matter what language they speak. There are always peons who can't do math who can be paid to translate. On the other hand, there are an awful lot of Indians and Chinese who are damned good at math AND speak english + their native tongue. They'll be after your kids' jobs.

They tend to be more open minded and tolerant people, from my experience. I like those kinds of people.

I, for one, am comfortable hanging our and conversing with people from many different countries and cultures. I've learned a lot that other people don't get to, because they close themselves off. I live to learn, and not just book learning. Life learning is completely different, and it opens your eyes. It teaches you to truly appreciate the world around you. You probably won't figure this out until you get out of school and into the real world.

I can hold my own in a group of Punjabi people, let me tell you. Which is a bonus for me, because in my line of work and my geographical area, I do business with a lot of them. I'm one of the few white people they'll actually do regular business with. I would ALSO consider that a personal incentive. More clients = more money.
