Establishing a relationship with my best friend.

I have been friends with my best friend for about 4 years. Finally this weekend, I hooked up with her. We were tipsy but, that one hook up really got me thinking and now I really want to start a relationship with my best friend. I dont know what she thinks about the hook up, but apparently the following night, she got blackout drunk at school and had sex with someone she didnt know. she said she didnt plan on having sex, and thinks sum1 slipped her drink.....i feel like this event in itself shows that she doesnt/wasnt thinking about a potential future with me after the hook up. So yeah, i dont know what to do.. we go to school 45min away from eachother so its hard to just ask her out for lunch..what shud i do? and how shud I go about this?

move on- seriously. do you really wanna settle with that kinda girl? one who blacks out and has sex at a party... sorry but, id keep it at a friendzone thing, and look for someone else...
