Yes and yes. I happen to be a good listener and have really good recall/memory, and it has always served me well. My new GF seems to really appreciate it, as her ex was an ass. When I ask her about something she told me the day before or remember something she may have mentioned before she really lights up in a good way. She gives me this look like OMG you actually listen and care about what I have to say and usually grabs my hand, hugs, and/or kisses me. It in turn goes both ways and she listens as well.
