its funny when ppl say that Christians are the ones that sin the less , but its the only religion that doesnt "prohibit" the consumption of alcohol and drugs . Muslims forbit it , Buddhists are against it also , but with christians ... ohh christmas , yea lets all get wasted and give/get gifts but lets not even give a prayer or a minute to the real meaning of this holiday ... CHRISTmas .

i hate it when christians say they can sin all they want then go to church on a sunday , confess all their sin and everything is forgiven , just like THAT .

see this is one of the main reasons why i became Mulsim , because Christianity is full of hypocrites and its just corrupted , just like the bible has been rewritten in history and some parts of it were lost in time , burned or destroyed somehow and written by man insteads of Gods REAL words ... and Jesus isnt GOD , it might be yours but it isnt God ... see if you listen to ex: Passion of the Christ ... or read the bible ... he says "father" ... that he is his "son" ... so there is something MORE than Jesus ... THAT is GOD . not Jesus , people have been mistaken Jesus for God but they got it all mixed up ... like i was once a LONGG time ago , you know i tought i was Christian until when i became Muslim , someone let me know that i have been a Muslim for a while now , because i always prayed to God and i didnt think Jesus was God ... he was just his "son" ... well hes his messenger ... a prophet . nothing else , his "son" way of saying was just a way to say that he was sent by God .

see Muslims also believe in Jesus , but to us he isnt GOD , hes just a prophet ...if you think about it , he DOES say father and all that ... so that means that he isnt God , creator of everything since he also got created by a greater force .

ps : not trying to start an arguement , just letting you know somethings .

Yeah, it's funny to read these interesting and funny stories about Christian and GOD prayers, especially the 'poser' part and very surprised to know that Muslim worships the same God, say Jesus as well?

We were brough up by the faith of Communism, though actually almost no one here takes it anymore, except the government and the educators. But I am still an atheist, as I could recall when this surprised most of the American students during that summer at college. The school set up a training course, for oral English, with these guys, actually most of them were girls. Yeah, most of them were/are Christians, they used to pray before having the meals, while we only watching.

Our team got a ABC as the teacher, a very nice girl looked exactly like an Asian. We(four of us) talked, went out for fun, shopping as well. One day, we went to the church, and this ABC girl, bought a lot of books there, maybe cheaper I guess...On the way back in a taxi, I asked her the question, why in such a developed country like USA, her people choose to believe in GOD, since all the great things and miracles were invented and created by human beings. The answer was, it is God who gives us the ability. Speechless...Wise man says never argue on religion.

Yet again, another day, I started another debate with a Jerime boy about the belly button(in the center of everybody's belly, I can't recalled this word now) of GOD. As I was questioning the belly button of GOD, he was a little agitated and spoke very fast that I could hardly follow with what he was trying to say.

Anyway, I am still a advocator of Theory of Evolution, that's hard to change I guess. However, I respect people and their beliefs as well, cuz everything exists for a reason, doesn't it? So this poser story really make me laugh...Thanks.

if she's christian enough to save herself for marriage, she probably woudn't consder being with a non-christian. and i think you said you were a non-christian...might be remembering wrong.

die-hard, devout christians actually only consider dating christians...cuz the bible says something about christians shouldn't hook-up with non-christians....

pretty funny since most of the christians that i have met don't give a damn about the religious beliefs of their dating partners...and most of them don't give a damn about having sex before marriage. i was told by a christian friend that most people that go to church are just posers...

Well I did get babtized and went through communion ceremony thingy...I have the Jesus's last supper picture on my wall. I come from a christian setting an family...it would be one of the easiest thing to lie about for me...but no..I am not a catholic/christian man.

PS: they are all posers...all of them..all my friends are catholic christians and they are hypocrites.

I don't think you understand what he meant by it. Church is full of people who point fingers and yell heretic at people who have sex..then they go home and do it. By the way.. the reason why you where speechless is because you suck. God gives us the ability to do those things? ha..I would slap her right there and if she asked me why I would say " God gave me the ability too". lol. Being open minded about type of music and movies...fine by me but religion just pisses me off..there are people dying all over the world for this word "god"..funny thing is he doesn't even exist...just a word...kind of sad if you think about it.

Consumption of alcohol is not prohibited to Jews. In fact, we have one holiday per year where drunkenness is the goal. (Purim) Naturally, my bible doesn't mention Jesus at all.
