Don't hurry... Everything will be okay... Just do as I told you... Try to become sure that she has got some warm feelings towards you and then invite her somewhere just like friend. But remember always "Don't tell her that you love her" You can tell that after 3 weeks or so, just try to become friend with her. Ask her about hobbbies and what kind of boys she respecets more and the after she gets addicted to you... It's apprxoximately after 3 weeks... Say you used to be my friend but now I can't say that you are my friend... Coz I fell in love with you..

I agree with you guys, maybe I don't really love her even though I think I do. But if you always think of someone, etc. and act different around them, isn't that love in a way? well, don't get me wrong here, I just read that somewhere, and a few of my friends have said that too.

Now I do agree that saying "I love you" the MSN way was a pretty "faggy" thing to do, but man it's too embarassing to say it in real life. You stand there in front of them and just stare, and the words just won't come out so you just say "How you doin?"

And I'm not saying I love her for looks or anything, I mean she's into the same things I'm into, she's shy like me, and it really is hard to find people that are like that (Have similar interests, etc.) unless you like everything ahahaha.

hmm I might try the occasional "Hi" and stuff, but I don't really feel comfortable around girls I like/love, not because I don't like them, but because I'm embarassed. If I wasn't so shy, I would probably be going out with this girl right now! damnit..

Listen guy, you already KNOW she likes you! So you have NOTHING to lose and EVERYTHING to gain.. all you have to do is put your fears aside, bite the bullet and ask her out! Aren't you tired of dreaming of her every night? Only to wake up in the morning, open your eyes, and realize it was only a dream.. and you weren't really holding her in your arms the night before. Or gazing into her eyes and absolutely losing yourself as she stares through to your very soul.

Listen fella - regret is the one thing in life you do NOT want to live with. You need to seize this opportunity before it slips away from you. Even if you try and fail - at least you KNOW you did YOUR part - you can move on with your life knowing she just wasn't the right one for you. On the other hand you could go the rest of your life regretting never talking to her.. always wondering "What if..." and calling her "the one who got away" when had you just put your fears aside - you could have had a great learning experience, a lot of good memories, painful memories, and perhaps a love your heart would never forget. You just don't know unless you try.

Remember - courage is not an absence of fear, it's the realization that some things are just more important. The key to courage is being the only one that knows you are afraid. You can do this.

Keep us updated and good luck.
You've got great advice man, thanks for taking the time to type it up. I appreciate it.

You don't have to say "I love you" and you shouldn't... yet. What you describe is not "love" but infatuation.. thinkin of someone all the time.. gettin butterflies in the stomach.. always subconsiously aware of what they are doing when you hang out without showing it.. etc etc.

Your problem is you're putting this girl way up on an unattainable pedelstal, and making her your entire world... as in your world revolves around her.. you're so afraid of making the wrong move that you think if you do YOUR world would end, so you make no move at all. I've been there, which is why I can say what I say.

You have to just bring yourself back to REALITY - she is just another human being. When you go to approach her you need to forget the "OMG OMG OMG a real life girl OMG OMG what do I do... what if she's THE ONE for me.. what if we get married.. what if I say the wrong thing and our beautiful future is ruined forever..." mentality and just approach it as "She's just another person, one of the billions of girls in the world, and just someone I would be interested in getting to know better"

That's it. Don't think about dating, don't think about kissing, just take things one step, one day at a time. Like I said - if you don't want to be shy - you don't have to be. If this girl is worth it - then you will get over your shyness. Remember any embarrassment, or rejection you may receive is short term and FAR BETTER than the LONG TERM affects of REGRET. Something I picked up here at LF is someone said "Fake it 'til you feel it." As in, pretend like you're not shy, the longer you practice it, the more it will catch on and become second nature to you. Maybe practice talking with girls you're not interested in, just to help kick things off.

Good luck. I want this to work out for you.
