I believe that the premise of a normal and healthy relationship is exclusivity, and most people expect that, so you should consider it a tacit understanding.

You need to assume most people expect the relationship to be exclusive, as such, if you have different plans, you have to mention them expressly (ie: "just so you know, I'm also dating another man at the same time as you").

All in all, I don't think you're a "bitch", but I do think you're a slut. You're the woman everyone tells his best friend to stay away from.

If it doesn't bother you that you are the girl on the side for at least three men at the same time, and don't mind having a bad reputation, and eventually probably having your "relationships" with some of these men terminated in fits of anger, then I see no reason why you should change anything.
