Thread: Got home from daughter's wedding, now b/f is upset. What to do?

    My question wasn't meant to be rhetorical... why do you keep such a man around? He sounds like a piece of work. Do you need a fixer-upper project, or are you worried he is your last chance?

    You know what, you are right. I have bozo relationships. And after this escapade, I have been doing a lot of thinking. I am really going to look at this relationship seriously and make some major changes. I haven 't spoken to my b/f in 2 days but we emailed our gripes twice to each other. He seems really upset. But now that I have been apart from him, I am the one that is really upset. And when the time comes that we feel we are ready to connect again, these gripes will be placed on the table and looked at. At this time, even though my b/f has a lot of good qualities, his outbursts and rage from this one incident has to be seriously questioned. As someone said in a previous post, this is a big red flag.
