You're probably right though...she said to me that she knew it wasn't right 2 years ago (she told me this when we broke up), so basically she's been preparing for this for 2 years, she's been waiting until she's met someone she likes so she could find the corage to leave...wtf is wrong with people? They only care about themselves!! they don't care what damage they leave behind

You prolly hear this lots of time. But, the easiest way to get over someone is to see someone new. There might be some hiccups along the way but yeah, it sure gets the person out of your mind

paulo, i know but how do you deal not contacting. i know that im gonna get hurt but i just cant seem to avoid it.

every time you feel like calling your heartbreaker, log on to LF, you'll find support here, and even if you just want a rant you can distract yourself a bit.

that's a short term plan, in the long term it really is about re-building your social life. hang out with some mates, join a club, do more sports, you know, live life again, and before you know it, you will look back and wonder how on earth you got through this.

taking a look at yourself (cos we all look different on the other side of a relationship) takes some getting used to,but begin taking steps towards positively getting over your heartbreaker
