Still upset and confused

So my boyfriend and I broke up last week. Since then we've been talking on the phone but not anything even close to going out.

what i don't get is how he is out having fun with his friends, while I'm at home having the hardest time coping with the break up. he called me to tell me that he went home today because it was his last day of finals, and he brought his car back to school. it hurts me because it shows me that he is having fun being apart, while i'm here at home, thinking about our relationship. i feel like he calls me to tell me the fun he is having.

it makes me really upset to hear it. what does this mean? does this mean that he really just doesn't care about the break up? what should i say to him when he calls again?

It means hes moving on.....and RUBBING it in your face!! Honestly, I think the best thing for you would be to distance yourself from him..

Move on.....avoid his calls.....get your OWN life... Eventually being with him will become a distant bittersweet memory.... and you will wonder why you wasted all your tears on him.

If you are broken up, why are you still talking to him?

I am guessing that HE is the one who did the breaking up, which could explain why he is still contacting you: guilt. Tell him to quit calling you.
